My dear friend,Sometimes you are frustrated by your own progress in this ascension process. You believe that you are stuck and in a rut when in fact you are making huge leaps in consciousness. Don't let your ego judge your progress, because your ego does not have eyes to see with. Allow your knowingness show you what is really going on. There are only movement toward the light and toward an expanded consciousness my friend. Believe that you are on the right path and allow life to unfold as life sees fit. Let go of control and agenda completely, for these serve only to limit your experience. Allow life to flow through you.
Life is an adventure and a most magnificent treasure. Enjoy life! There are no greater gifts than life itself. Allow yourself to live, even in the most painful moments. In truth, there is only love, and when your senses are fully open this will be most obvious to you.
Take care of your body, nurture it and treat it with respect. Speak kind words, and replace that old programming of negativity with things that feel good. Say kind words, think kind thoughts and do kind deeds. It will come back to you tenfolds in ways you did not even expect. Do your best to live a grateful life and take pride in being a human being. You are truly admired for what you are.
When help is asked from you, offer a helping hand. Offer to be of service to your fellow humans and your fellow animals. Treasure all life like it was God, for truly God is seeing through every ones eyes. Kindness, compassion and respect for your fellow travel mates on this journey is what will bring you closer to home.
Be someone that loves, laughs and plays. Be the best you can be. Let the past be the past and let the future be the future. This moment is when you live. This moment is all you got, and this moment is all that matters. Be sure to treasure it.
