My dear friend,
So long ago, when you first came to this planet, you were vast and unlimited. You inhabited a human body, but it was quite different from what you got today. Back in the days of Lemuria your bodies were luminous and self healing.
Today, you are subject to much discordance from the outer world. Radio signals, wireless devices, strong emotions, radiation from the sun and so on and so forth. So much is hitting you these days that were not there before. It requires a very steadfast and strong being to not succumb to all the pressure around.
A small tip we have is to remain open and forgiving to all. In this way you keep your merkaba and light bodies spinning at a faster phase. This is your spiritual protection, and in the coming days you will be going to need this as the earth changes continue to accelerate. Be in acceptance always and look for new ways to embrace Gods Creations. Forgive those that have hurt you and you will keep your energetic integrity strong. It is a simple concept, but maybe not so easy to follow.
The world offers many temptations to fall back down in vibration, but you will find it harder and harder to be a part of the disharmony as you are now becoming a being of light again. You have always been light, but now your light quotient is so much stronger than it has been for a long, long time.
What duality has taught you is something very unique that only the earth game could provide. The separation that is present, or rather the illusion of separation, have made you a fighter. This is a trait that has served you well, but now it is time to let that go. The gift you will take away from all your hardship is the ability to completely trust yourself, and that you can overcome any challenge presented to you. It will serve you well when you return "home" as we like to say. Not home as a different place in space, but home as a life lived from a different and higher perspective. No lesson on earth has been in vain, for you will take what you have learned from this planet and implement it in your creations when you begin to travel the dimensions again. You will take what you have learned, put it into a perspective of love, and you will use it to serve All That Is.
So, we encourage you to stay in a forgiving attitude as often as you can, even when challenges arise around you. Let yourself of the hook by staying in acceptance. Accept it all and your heart will grow beyond measure.
